Inside Success partnered up with Rugby Football Union on the 4th May 2022 at the StoneX stadium with an event called ‘Rising through rugby’. We had over 120 young people from various backgrounds and from all over the UK. The event was for the young people at Inside success to experience and learn things about a sport they may not have known a lot about prior to the event and also to expose them to different career opportunities in and around rugby.
The event itself had some amazing guest speakers with the likes of Bobby Kasanga (Founder of Hackney Wick FC) and Zaynab Alema (Future first black muslim woman to play rugby for England). The event was a great way for the young people to get involved in a fun day with both physical activities and opportunities to speak to people with different careers in rugby ranging from saracens players to people from the legal council.

Inside success partnered up with the ICC in solidarity with the message to stop racism in cricket. With the attendance of some young people from IS at this event to show that Inside Success has the same values as the ICC. It was a great opportunity for young people to go and share their experiences.

They also got an opportunity to see the cricket world cup trophy in person which was an overall great experience. They met important members of the public such as MPs and senior members of council.

Inside Success partnered up with a large tech company. We held an amazing interactive event for our young people. It was a really inspirational event which showcased engineering & technology. This event aimed to inspire the youth and expose them to the amazing opportunities in the engineering and technology industry and highlight the multitude of career opportunities.

Our young people learnt that they can have rewarding careers regardless of their background. We had 300 attendees, 8 motivational speakers and ran a series of interactive exhibits. The stage was a mixture of inspirational & informative talks, live Q&A between the audience and music performances.

Inside Success partnered up with the national lottery, who provided funding for a six week course on How to create the magazine we sell today. The course consisted of producing, creating and marketing the magazine, the techniques and methods that were obtained are still being used in the production for our recent magazine editions.

Inside Success partnered up with the Ministry of Defence to bring a handful of young people an opportunity to experience life as a soldier by putting them through an evening of fun, yet challenging activities such as rifle shooting and plane flying as a group.

The evening was not only insightful but competitive as they went up against various people from different companies to see who could complete the tasks the best and the quickest. The were also welcomed with recruitment opportunities to join the armed forces and had the opportunity to speak to both ex and current members of the force.
